Developed the interface design for the "DrinkBot" beverage automation machine, which has expanded to over 700 deployments in restaurants across the United States, achieving a growth rate of over 7000%.

Established the DrinkBot New Design System on Figma, creating Variants for Components, Icons, and Buttons to provide clear design specifications to developers, thus improving the efficiency of design projects on a weekly basis.
Enhanced product integrity by designing weekly cleaning processes, integration of calibration and initial material testing, and procedures for replacing raw materials.
Established a Training Program, developed training scripts, and conducted training sessions in restaurants to address user operation errors, reducing customer support contacts by 40%.

Led UX testing during Proof of Concept (POC), Engineering Validation Test (EVT), and Design Validation Test (DVT) stages for new products, improving overall stability and successfully deploying 10 DrinkBots to restaurants.
